How can care cultivate another more fertile and
reparative urban future? How does ecological care
and sensitivity respond with the current urban
troubles in our everyday lives and how can we
increasingly care for an urban livability of the
more-than-human? By exploring and cultivating
three ecological sensitivities in our urban
environment, we propose a reparative turn in codesign
towards vibrant matters, enchantments of
the everyday and attention to more-than-human
worlds. On the one hand, the paper proposes an
analytical reframing of the city in the
Anthropocene engaging with a more-than-human
environmentality, and on the other hand, it
promotes a material, feminist situated practice, a
thinking-with for designers and everyday activists
