In my research, I investigate how people learn and how this works in the specific case of babies. I am especially interested in curiosity, our drive for information for the sake of information. I use behavioural, eye-tracking and neuroimaging (EEG) methods to investigate how infants (and sometimes adults) engage with information each in their own way - for example depending on their learning progress, executive functioning or how they value information.

Since September 2022, I moved to Copenhagen to work on a three-year longitudinal project led by Katarina Begus to investigate this topic in 1- to 2-year-old infants.
