”Welcome to the Dark Side – Personality at Work” is the title of my Industrial PhD project, where I examine the dark sides of personality and how they unfold at work.

In my research, I work with everything from faking in recruitment to unethical pro-organizational behavior that benefits the organization – and not least the dark core of personality (known as the D-factor) by applying quantitative methods.

I graduated as a Psychologist from the Department of Psychology at the University of Copenhagen in 2015 and have worked with psychometrics and development of psychological tests for more than 10 years at People Test Systems, which is a company developing and distributing psychological test tools for use in organizations. Since 2020, I have been affiliated with both as an Industrial PhD Fellow.

In the past, I have been Instructor in Statistics and Work and Organizational Psychology here at the Department of Psychology and affiliated a longitudinal research project called “From Student to Graduate” at the Department of Public Health at the University of Copenhagen, which followed university students throughout their studies.
