PhD programme
PhD training is provided by the PhD School at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences.
The PhD programme is divided into 20 post-graduate programmes. The following three post-graduate programmes are housed by the Department of Public Health:
- Graduate programme in Public Health and Epidemiology (PHE)
- Graduate programme in Medicine Culture and Society
- Graduate programme in Biostatistics and Bioinformatics
Each year the Department admits a number of PhD students who research in many different areas. For those interested in research, a PhD study can be the start of an international research career.
The individual sections offer a number of PhD projects but as a student, you can also call for projects according to your particular interests.
