I am interested in statistical theory and its applications in health, technology, and natural sciences. I am currently working as a research assistant at the Section of Biostatistics under the Department of Public Health, University of Copenhagen, where I collaborate with health researchers in conducting statistical analyses and develop statistical methods in a wide range of fields. At the moment I work with variable selection and estimation of pollution mixture effects on the development on Asthma in Denmark, and with methods for analysing the interactions between mobile use, sleep and health in a Danish population.
I offer consulting on how to appropriately apply statistical methods and teach students at the University. Also, I offer talks to high school students on statistical thinking and problems.
